This steam is specially curated to target bacterial infections such as BV(bacterial vaginosis), yeast infections, PID(pelvic inflammatory disease), eliminates odor and much more.

Ingredients:

-Mugwort 

-Nettles

-Thyme

-Orange peel

-Rose 

-Basil

Instructions: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, pour herbs in yoni steam seat or bowl, pour water over herbs, let steep for 2 minutes, place hand 5 inches above water to test temperature, sit over herbs with a blanket or towel wrapped around your waist to trap steam for 10-30 minutes and reap the benefits! If your steam cools before your desired time is complete you can add water. Use this time to meditate, align chakras, say affirmations and anything else you see fit to awaken the divine feminine within.
